It is possible to make a preliminary reservation by means of a simple reservation form placed on this web site or through another form of communication (fax, e-mail, post). The preliminary reservation must include the purchaser´s name, address and contacts (phone number, fax, e-mail), the required term and the scope of services. The reservation will be obligatorily confirmed or declined according to the current availability of the required term. In some cases a deposit for ordered services might be required.
A 50% deposit will always be required except for the following cases:
The deposit must be paid 10 days at the latest after receiving the obligatory confirmation of the reservation or in another fixed term; if the deposit is not paid in the fixed term, the reservation is cancelled. If the reservation is made in a shorter period than 10 days before coming, the payment of the deposit will be dealt individually or the obligation of paying deposit might be abandoned. The deposit can be paid cash, by credit card or by transfer to the account on the basis of written confirmation of the reservation issued by the hotel.
The remaining part of the payment (up to the total sum) of ordered services is paid on the spot when ckecking in.
In case of cancellation of ordered services the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:
When quantifying the number of days for the calculation of cancellation fees, the day when the cancellation was delivered to the hotel is included as well. The day of coming is not included in the number of days. In case of partial cancellation of the agreement, the cancellation fees are calculated from the amount of the partially cancelled services. It is necessary to send the cancellation in writing.
Check in time is between 3pm and 7pm unless it is arranged in another way. The end of the stay, in other words leaving the room, is to 11am unless it is arranged in another way. During the stay in the hotel the guests are obliged to follow the Hotel rules which they can look into at the hotel reception. In case of serious offence against the rules by the guests the hotel has a right to end the client´s stay without compensation.
